I highly recommend Lindsey; she was extremely sensitive and attentive during this very difficult time after my mom’s passing. I always felt comfortable with Lindsey and had full confidence that my mom’s Celebration of Life was going to be exceptional in Lindsey’s hands. Lindsey pulled together an excellent team of vendors. I appreciated everyone’s patience, guidance, sensitivity, and creativity during the planning process.

Why I Love Working at Paradise Ridge Winery

As an event planner who lives and works in wine country (I live in Napa), I’ve had the privilege of planning events throughout wine country since 2014, so Paradise Ridge is always on my radar for celebrations of life. As a local celebration-of-life planner, I have strong relationships with the area’s best vendors, which makes planning celebrations of life smooth, low-stress, and seamless for families. From florists to hand-drawn welcome signs to video booths for guests to record their memories, I have connections with the best vendors to help you plan a truly special, personalized celebration of life.

One of the things I appreciate most is that there’s no need to worry about weather contingencies: Paradise Ridge Winery offers both beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces designed for year-round gatherings, so families never have to scramble to rent a last-minute tent for rain or figure out ways to keep guests comfortable in a heatwave.

Beyond logistics, Paradise Ridge’s stunning views, thoughtfully curated art sculptures, and warm, professional staff create an environment that’s both inspiring and comforting, making it a truly special place to honor a loved one.

Lindsey made every single aspect of planning and day-of coordination for my Dad’s Celebration of Life easier so we could be 100% present with friends and family. She was amazing and flexible with design planning and problem-solving. Everything that day was made better because of the team she brought together under a really tight turnaround. Zero regrets. Will be forever grateful to Lindsey that we got to have that day.
