Meet Lindsey Nickel, your celebration of life planner
With more than15 years of event planning experience, I handle details and logistics to create beautiful, memorable celebrations of life.
When my grandparents passed in 2015, I saw how challenging it was for my highly capable aunt to plan a meaningful memorial—while dealing with paperwork, bank accounts, and the crematorium. That was when the idea for Lovely Day Legacies came to me.
You want to host an event worthy of your loved one, and under other circumstances, you would plan the entire event yourself. But in this moment, you need to spend your time elsewhere, from grieving to handling their estate to your everyday life. I provide the support you need, so that you can do both—without added stress.
I plan celebrations of life throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including Palo Alto, Orinda, Marin, Mill Valley, Berkeley, Oakland, Piedmont, and Santa Rosa. I also regularly plan events in Napa and Sonoma.

During the call, I want to learn more about your loved one: what they were passionate about, what made them special, and even their favorite sports team or cocktail.
